The report outlines an overview of the strategies, successes, and challenges E3 Institute-Advancing Excellence in Early Education-WestEd has experienced in offering professional development and educational opportunities to early educators working in Santa Clara County. Santa Clara CARES represents E3 Institute’s largest investment in the early education workforce and is viewed by other counties as a model program largely because of its collaborative approach and its use of technology to inform the evolution of the program.
