Solano Strategic Plan (2007)

In its 2004 Strategic Plan Update, First 5 Solano introduced a strategic framework as a tool for communicating its priorities and visualizing the inter-relatedness of its priorities, goals, and results. Since then, the strategic framework has become a central document used by the Commission for planning and decision-making, as well as in its discussions with others in the community.
