Planning for the Best Collaboration and Legacy‐Building for a Sustainable Future

Dr. Karen Hill Scott made a presentation for the Families In Schools organization on December 9, 2008. Families In Schools is an organization focused on school readiness; aiding families in preparing their children for preschool and kindergarten. The presentation addressed growing concerns over budgetary programmatic cuts and how Families In Schools can lave a legacy of excellence for school readiness as well as addressed the possibility of raising funds for the program after First 5 funding is no longer a viable option.
