UCLA held their annual Symposium marking the Week of the Young Child from April 14th through the 17th. The event, sponsored by the Early Child Development & Education Network, is dedicated to strengthening connections between research, policy, and practice in the interdisciplinary fields of child development and early childhood education. Plan4Preschool kicked off the event as the first presenter, part of a panel of speakers focused on improving early care and education for young children and families.
The demonstration highlighted P4P as a resource for not only policymakers but students within the early childhood education community, whether it be for an associate, bachelor, master or doctorate degree, in both the resources found on the site and the importance of interconnected-participation and sharing ideas through the web.
Think P4P could be a useful part of your course syllabus? Feel free to forward our newsletter on.
