Para Nuestros Niños: A Demographic Portrait of Young Hispanics in the United States

The demographic profile of Hispanic children in this report from The National Task Force on Early Childhood Education for Hispanics includes information on factors correlated with Hispanic children's academic achievement. More than 20 percent of U.S. children ages zero to 8 are Hispanic, and while many are from immigrant families, close to 90 percent are U.S. citizens.
