Operations and Service Delivery Task Team [KTB, Section 5]

This packaged resource, the Knowledge Transfer guide, derives from the Master Plan for the Los Angeles Universal Preschool (LAUP). It is intended to translate the missions and goals of the Master Plan into implementation recommendations for the initial start-up of LAUP, called Early Launch.

Operations and Service Delivery is one of the nine sections of the LAUP Knowledge Transfer guide, authored by the Operations and Service Delivery Task Team, which was designated to make recommendations about the start-up operations of LAUP.

The goals for the Operations and Service Delivery Task Team were to:

• Develop the principles and processes for site selection
• Outline and communicate the process workflow for the system
• Develop forms to enroll a variety of providers and facilitate information flow
