Mendocino Strategic Plan (2003-2006)

The Strategic Plan is an outline of goals and objectives for addressing a broad array of improvements in services for children and families. These goals represent the current thinking of the Commissioners regarding those challenges. The Commissioners also recognize that we live in a changing society and that there will be new goals needed to address problems in the coming years. The Commission will address these issues to the best of its ability and look to future opportunities to revise the plan when necessary.
