Lassen Strategic Plan 2006-2007

First 5 Lassen County Children and Families Commission adopted its initial strategic plan in 2000. Each year since the Commission has reviewed and revised its strategic plan in conjunction with community members. In the fall and winter of 2005-2006 the Commission partnered with local agencies to develop an expanded needs assessment which was used as the basis for developing this strategic plan. This document presents the results of the 2006-2007 Strategic Planning process, which occurred between March and May, 2006. The decisions made during an all day planning retreat attended by Commissioners, community members, staff and funded programs were documented into the draft 2006-2007 Strategic Plan, which was disseminated to the planning group and discussed with community members. The final version of the 2006-2007 Strategic Plan was adopted in June, 2006.
