Lassen Strategic Plan (2005-2006)

First 5 Lassen County Children and Families Commission adopted its initial strategic plan in 2000. Each year since the Commission has reviewed and revised its strategic plan as needed. This document presents the results of the 2004-2005 Strategic Plan Review, which occurred between January and March, 2005. The decisions made during an all day planning retreat attended by Commissioners, community members, staff and funded programs were documented into the draft 2005-2006 Strategic Plan, which was disseminated to the planning group and discussed with community members. The final version of the 2005-2006 Strategic Plan was adopted in June, 2005.
