CDE: Prekindergarten and Family Literacy: 2006-2007

The Prekindergarten and Family Literacy Program (PKFLP) supports part-day prekindergarten services for participating programs. Additional funding is provided for General Child Care (Full-Day Option) services. Participating programs must be located in the attendance areas of elementary schools that have been ranked in the base 2005 Academic Performance Index (API) Deciles 1-3. Only children who are four years-old on or before December 2, 2006 may be served with the funds.
