Calaveras Strategic Plan (2007)

The new 2007-12 Strategic Plan identifies commission priorities, funding and evaluation intentions for fiscal year 2007-08, and long term financial planning to ensure fiscal responsiveness through June 2012. Lessons learned from grantees, community, State and other County Commissions guide First 5 Calaveras to use these limited resources to leverage even greater support ensuring that services and activities for children and families achieve meaningful results through enhanced quality and collaboration.
