A Review of the Reason Foundation’s Report on Preschool and Kindergarten

NIEER Director Steve Barnett's analysis finds that the Reason Foundation (RF) report is an unreliable source of information about preschool education. Dr. Barnett finds that the information that is included in the RF report is unrepresentative and is selected and then presented in ways that yield a distorted view of research and its implications.
